Couple of Crazies - more kid photography

I have very few candid photos of my parents from when I was growing up. I don't know that there are any of my grandparents. Now thanks to digital photography, my kids will always have access to these gems. I'm not sure that's a good thing...

Mermaids and Knights

You would think that mermaids and knights don't really go together. With the new addition of the mermaid area to our local renaissance festival now we can see both in the same day.

The kids were both excited. Sweet Daughter just wouldn't stop talking for the photo. haha

Watching the joust is somewhat slow and boring, I admit. What amazed me was that last year their faces were right at the wide opening in the fence. They are growing up too quickly.

Sponsored Post - H3:60

This post is sponsored by Hot Moody Mess. I was given compensation for writing the post, though all content is my own.

Have you heard of the H3:60 program for weight loss and health? I will be honest, in that I had never heard of it! The reviews sound wonderful. Let's start with the basics - what is included and what is the cost?

60 days of health coaching includes: 2 boxes of products ($50 value), 5 hour long live calls for support and questions ($125 value), plus if you make all 5 calls you get an additional 30 minute one-on-one call for free, weekly emails including recipes and more ($600 value), weekly tele-class supporting everything you are learning ($1200 value), unlimited email support ($200 value), and 25% off on all future programs ($149 value). While that adds up to over $2000, this is being offered for only $325.

So what is unique about this program? Instead of just focusing on food and exercise, they also help you focus on hormones and how you feel. The group calls help keep you accountable and offer support. Instead of giving you 100 things to change immediately, they give you a few things each week so that the change can be for your lifestyle, not just for a short term crash diet.

Of course most participants brag about their weight loss, but what struck me was the other things the users commented on, such as clear skin, improved mood, and more energy. I could use all of those things!

Here is a flyer that tells you a bit more about the program and offers a $25 discount!
