Formal Cruise Night with Preschoolers

One evening on the cruise is formal. We all got dressed up for dinner. We also posed for a photo (and purchased one, but not the digital rights so you will have to take my word for it).

 The other great part about formal night is that there was no music on the top decks. My kids could finally explore it and run around up there. It was windy and they had a blast.

Here they are right next to the giant tail fin. Someone blew the horn and they were returning a similar response. Seeing them run around screaming was so much fun. There are very few places on the ship where kids can really scream without it bothering anyone. The top decks were empty, the wind was strong, and we knew we weren't disturbing any of the other guests.
