Disney World - 3/3

Remember the idea of doing Disney World in 2 days so we weren't rushed and could do everything? In the middle of the afternoon we stopped for lunch and mapped out our plan. The kids weren't tired at all and we realized that at that pace we could do everything in one day. That assumes the kids could make it the rest of the day though - though the fireworks. That seemed like a lot for 4 year olds. Never underestimate kids.

Sweet Daughter had been talking about going to Disney for weeks. Her teacher specifically told her to hug Goofy so when Goofy came close in the parade, she jumped up and gave him a big hug. He was so kind and stopped and gave her a hug and him a high five. She talked about it for weeks. Unfortunately we were a bit slow with the camera and being so close to them couldn't get a great photo.

She is with Uncle A again.

Remember when the kids get to be a bit too much, you can always find somewhere to contain them. haha

Sitting and waiting for the Electric Light Parade - notice our glowing bracelets and necklaces from home.

So, what was the final verdict? Did we make it? We did every thing except the People Mover. We did the play grounds, the parades, the shows, and all but 1 ride they were tall enough for. We also saw the fireworks before leaving the park. From a few minutes after opening to after fireworks, we only had one meal in the middle of the day and snacked the rest. The kids walked the entire time only asking to be held after the fireworks. It was amazing and exciting and while I still wouldn't plan to do it all in one day, it did end up working for us.
