Giant Bears

We were driving by Walmart on Thanksgiving evening and it wasn't crowded. We decided to go see if there were any deals. That's when we saw the cheap giant bears.

Did I mention they are giant?

Cuddling with a bear doesn't usually look like this!

More Basketball!

Sweet Daughter loved basketball and wanted to do another season, so be prepared for more pictures. New team (this time they are all much closer to her height, she wasn't even the smallest!), new head coach, same Daddy as the assistant coach. :)

Sewing

The school I teach at and the kids attend part time went through accreditation. This meant stress for Mommy and needing the kids to have perfect behavior. I bribed them. After they did it, I asked what they wanted for their reward. They both asked to learn how to sew. Not what I was expecting, but we jumped right in.

Swimming

Sweet Son is loving his swim lessons. The swim school maintains a ratio of 1 teacher for every 2 students, so when one kid is out, the other ends up with a private lesson! This makes for a very tired child and a very happy Mommy.

Basketball - End of Season

The final game of an 8 game basketball season was a reason to celebrate. These girls learned so much and had fun in the process. They didn't win any games, but that's not what is important.

Exciting game! (Sweet Daughter is the one who waves at the end)

(The team got noticeably smaller the longer the season went on)

End of the season so the girls got to silly string the coaches!

Inflatable Run, part 1

Sweet Daughter requested a 5K for her 7th birthday. We signed up for an inflatable race because who doesn't love inflatables?

BRRR - It's cold at the start.

Running through the giant balls - they had volunteers throwing the balls up and moving them around as everyone went through.

Climbing up a giant slide!

Come back tomorrow for more pictures of our fun.

Birthday Party

This post is continued from yesterday - the kids were invited to a birthday party for a friend. This trampoline location had many cool things other than just trampolines.

Multi-level play structure

Oh and somewhere they did have trampolines!

Obstacle Course

The kids were invited to a birthday party at a trampoline place. Of course, they immediately decided to complete the obstacle course which had nothing to do with trampolines!

Come back tomorrow and you might see them actually on a trampoline! (maybe)
