The first step was to hammer the figures onto the sticks.
Yes, those are real hammers and Wonderful Husband was brave enough to hold everything in place.
By the time they were hammering their third one, they could hold it themselves!
Then it was time to paint the base colors.
We let the base colors dry at home (Sweet Son's 3 are on bottom and Sweet Daughter's are on top).
Then the kids added stickers and gave them personality. Sweet Daughter's are the left 3 and Sweet Son's are the right 3.
